Enjoy our all-you-can-eat pancake brunch in our cozy Speakeasy.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a mimosa made with our 2021 Bubble.

We make our pancake batter from scratch using local Jubilee Forest Farm's ground buckwheat and Campbell's Orchard apple sauce. This is then grilled at the bar for a cozy, yummy setting.

Koopmans Maple Mountain maple syrup and Melt butter are available. Top your pancakes with oat yogurt, chopped walnuts, and blueberry compote for an exceptionally yummy experience.

Tea and coffee are included.

This gluten-free, all-plant-based, all-delicious experience is only $27 per person.

Bubble Brunch is held every Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM, year-round.
