Little Bug White
An intensely aromatic nose leaps out of the glass. Expect white wildflowers, green melon and honey with a hint of smoke followed by honeysuckle, orange blossom and citrus peel. The palate reveals a clean, crisp and refreshing juicy acidity. The same notes follow through from the nose. Lemon zest, watermelon rind, white peach and apricot add structure and complexity. A great "Wednesday Wine", this darling pairs well with take-out and anything oily or spicy.

2020 Quintus
The final stepping stone in our quest to make our "Holy Grail" wine; Sextus. Made in only five previous vintages, Quintus combines five classic "First Growth" grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. On the nose, aromas of violet florals, raspberry, and wild strawberry with savoury notes, vanilla, toasted marshmallow, tobacco, earth, white pepper, and a hint of dark chocolate. With a weighted body, structure, and grippy tannins, you'll find the soft, clean ripe fruit of raspberry with cherry, blackberry, dark plums, and cassis. Added complexity comes from black olive, liquorice, and sweet oak.
$22 glass (5oz)
$25 glass (5oz)
2020 Sextus
Sextus is considered a "unicorn" by wine critics because of the difficulty in getting all six of the original Bordeaux varieties of Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Carmenere in one bottle. The wines are made individually then blended for the smoothest , longest taste profile, each variety adding texture, balance, and character. With high-toned aromatics, stewed dark bramble fruits, allspice, and dark chocolate, Sextus is immensely complex and ever-changing in the glass. It has concentrated dark purple fruits: plums, cassis, blackberry, black raspberry with flecks of wood spice. Sextus is a taut, yet balanced with a rich mid-palate and a finish of lifted fresh acidity. This cellar monster is built to age with grace and can sit proudly in yours to be enjoy over many years.
