Large Group Tastings
Experience wine tasting with your group of 13 people or more.
How does it work?
Thank you for your interest in booking a large group to share a wine-tasting experience with us. In order to provide a top-notch visit for all of our guests, we have designed an experience exclusively for groups larger than 12 people.
We will provide you with a reception wine of our Bubble then you’ll be seated in our loft for four rounds of tastings where two wine options with one food pairing will be presented by one of our senior wine stewards in order for you to have the best and smoothest presentation we can provide. Friends may choose to share by selecting one of each wine presented to taste 9 wines all together. Food pairing will include chips, wasabi-covered peas, dairy-free cheese or plant-based charcuterie depending on the wines presented in keeping with the season. The cost of this private large group tasting is $25 for guests of 13 or more, up to a group total of 60 can be accommodated.
Our non-alcohol option is two samples of locally made lemonade and a glass of Perrier. The cost is the same whether someone is drinking alcohol or not.
Additional tasting rounds with food pairing can be pre-arranged for $5.00 per guest.
This private space will be reserved for your tasting for one hour. Additional time can be booked for a $300.00/ hour dry hire fee.
If you would like to spend more time at the winery as a group, but do not want to do more than three tastings, you are welcome to purchase wine by the glass and walk down to our dry-stone bridge to enjoy our outdoor event space, as long as it is not already booked for any other private functions.
To book your tasting we require the following information:
Your name, email address, cell phone number to reach you on the day and credit card information.
You can cancel up to 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours before your reservation, you can transfer your reservation to another group, rebook the reservation if 24 hours before the tour, or you can redeem the value in wine bottles and shipping.
An 18% automatic gratuity and all applicable taxes will be charged.
