For the premier of Élavage, PEC Wine's Winter Wine and Food Festival, we welcome Tony Forbes to serenade us as we enjoy Maple Madness inspired cuisine in the cosy Speakeasy. (If you haven’t seen it yet, think English pub meets French Bordello.)

Come celebrate Élavage with us on Saturday, March 11th with Tony Forbes featured for Dinner & a Show" Tasting. We'll be making maple smoked local mushroom gluten-free bannock sliders with a zesty winter slaw.

Often in music artists are seen as either writers or musicians rarely being a master of both. Tony Forbes has a duality that is vocally rich and melodically inspiring. Tony brings an honesty to his writing that is relatable and passionate. In his renditions of others songs he has a way of reintroducing classic favourites into performances that make it original and reimagined like experiencing it all over for the first time. Whole-hearted, unabashed Tony Forbes performances are emotionally charged. Tony's persona is warm, gracious while simultaneously being firey and intriguingly mysterious. Watching his performances are more than listening to great music but rather sharing an experience with a truly great artist.
