This week's featured pop-up is Irish Stew from the newly released book “The Social Herbivore - Perfect Pairings for Plant-Based Cuisine” by Priya Rao & Jennifer Huether, MS. Author Priya Rao herself will do the cooking and be in attendance. Buy your favorite wine by the glass and listen to Trevor Norris play songs inspired by the wines.

One half of the County's own Norris & Jones duo, Trevor Norris brings his dynamic acoustic repertoire to Karlo Estates for an evening of classic hits, singer-songwriter gems and Canadiana favorites spanning the 60's all the way to the present.

Trevor's love of melody and soulful singers include delving into the catalogs of The Beatles, Neil Young, U2, The Tragically Hip, The Killers, Joel Plaskett, Jeff Tweedy (Wilco), Ray Lamontagne, and many others.

Karlo Estates invested in the award-winning Lennox Pure Air UV filter system from Lloyds Heating & Cooling, which kills over 90% of airborne viruses and removes 99.9% of all airborne particles. Social bubbles will be seated 6ft apart and appropriate hygiene measures will be taken.

Contact tracing will be done at the front door. Guests will be asked to wear a mask while in our building unless seated, eating, and drinking. Please be prepared to show ID and proof of double vaccination to come into the building as per Hastings Prince Edward Health Department regulations stipulate.
