Begin your feast with the tantalizing flavours of our appetizer: Baklazhan - eggplant caviar on lenten bread. Let the rich and vibrant colour of our soup, Borscht - beet soup, warm your heart. Savour the delicate balance of flavours in our salad, Kutya - barley grain salad.
For the main course, we will feature Edamame "Salmon", a creative and delectable plant-based dish from the blog “It doesn’t taste like chicken. Indulge in the comforting goodness of Perogies with fried onions and plant-based sour cream.
Experience the heavenly combination of cremini mushrooms and rice in our Holubtsi - cabbage rolls. Enjoy the robust flavours of roasted garlic lima beans, alongside a refreshing pickled cucumber salad. And of course, no Eastern feast is complete without Sauerkraut. To end the night on a sweet note, we present our Baked Apples stuffed with stewed dried fruit and nuts, topped with coconut-based ice cream.
